Simply subscribe to one of our flexible plans, choose your favorite pieces from our curated collection, and we’ll deliver them to your doorstep. After you’ve enjoyed wearing them, you can return the items in our prepaid packaging, and choose new items for your next rental cycle. If you fall in love with something, you can also purchase it at a special discounted rate.

Yes! You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time without any long-term commitments. If you wish to pause, simply log into your account and select the "Pause Subscription" option. You can reactivate your subscription whenever you're ready. If you cancel, any items you currently have rented must be returned before the end of your billing cycle

Yes, we do! We deliver directly to your front door anywhere in Australia including residential, P.O Boxes and business addresses.

We offer complimentary shipping & returns anywhere in Australia. This includes the delivery to you, and the return back to us (in a pre-paid satchel).

The estimated standard delivery time is 1-2 business days – depending on your location. If you are outside the next day delivery network it make take up to to 3 business days to reach you. Please book your dress in according to your delivery network.

If an item doesn’t fit or you’re not happy with it, you can return it right away and select a different piece. Your satisfaction is our priority, so we strive to offer easy exchanges to ensure you have the perfect fit for every occasion.

This depends on your subscription plan. Some plans allow you to swap items weekly while others may offer unlimited swaps within a billing cycle. Please refer to your specific plan details for the exact swap policy.

Yes, please email our customer service team and we will provide tracking information so you can see when your package is on it’s way to you. As soon as your order has been shipped an automative email will be sent to you to let you know your order is on its way.

All Orders are shipped out Wednesday allowing two days to get to you. If you are not in the next day shipping zone please request your order to be shipped on the Monday/Tuesday. 

If your order does not arrive in time for your event you will be issued with a store credit less the shipping charges. 

We highly recommend customers to use a home address and NOT a work address. If no one is home your order will then be redirected to your local post office for collection. 

In the rare case that your dress doesn’t arrive within the specified delivery time, please email us immediately on inspireinstyle@outlook.com. 

Each product on our website includes detailed sizing information and fit guides to help you select the best size. We also recommend checking customer reviews and the model’s measurements to compare. If you’re unsure, you can consult with our styling experts who can assist you in choosing the right size.

Simply place the dress in the pre-paid return satchel and drop it at your nearest Post Office or the yellow express postal box by 5pm on your 4th or 8th day of hire. (Your exact return date will be listed on the card included in your delivery).

If you have lost your return satchel, it is your responsibility to send the order back to us via Express Post by the due date at your own expense. Please make sure to forward on tracking details, please email us for the return address, Inspireinstyle@outlook.com.au.

We do rely on our customers to return our dresses on time so that we can continue to fulfil orders for all our customers. If you do return this late unfortunately another customer might miss out so please make sure this is returned by the date. 

Please email us at Inspireinstyle@outlook.com if you are unable to return the item by the scheduled day of return. We will help assist you in getting the dress back to us on time. 

If you return your rental items late, a fee of $30 per day will be charged to the credit card you provided on your order. 

Although Australia Post is closed Sundays and public holidays, you can still take your return package to your nearest yellow express postal box. Your package will be sent back to us the following business day.

Managing your account is simple. Just log into your account on our website or app, where you can view your current rentals, edit your subscription plan, make a payment, update your personal information, and more.
